This is a three-year project designed to support NSW SMEs with practical resources – guides, webinars, and statewide events – focused on workplace laws relating to mental health.
We will deliver a report to the NSW Government at the conclusion of each year, containing findings and recommendations aimed at improving those laws, based on feedback from you, the SME.
This work is made possible through the support of the EML Group via its Mutual Benefits Funding Program.

Webinars
Our webinars are designed to complement the legal information found in the written articles.
While the articles explain the ‘what’ (your legal obligations for managing mental health conditions in the workplace are), the webinars explain the ‘how’.
We know you are busy running your business, so we’ve decided to keep them as short and as practical as possible so you can easily include our suggested tips and tools into your business practices and procedures.
